Description Outstanding opportunity to be part of a multi-faceted General Surgery group in a rapidly growing and diverse community! UNC Health Rex is seeking an experienced general surgeon to be part of our 5-member team of General Surgeons, a subsection of our larger group, which includes bariatrics, endocrine, colorectal, breast, acute care, hepatobiliary, thoracic, and surgical oncology. The General Surgery Division focuses on treating a breadth of surgical illness, including intestinal surgery, foregut surgery, hernia repair, skin disease, robotics. We value hard work as well as life balance. In conjunction with our Acute Care Division, we have developed a system in which we take call on weekend days, while they cover the rest.
