The Medical Director is also responsible to confirm compliance of medical staff with all state and federal requirements. The Medical Director interacts with the corresponding Clinic Administrator and Assistant Administrator, the CHPG  efficiencies across assigned region. Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Doctorate (MD or DO) in Medicine required* Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required* Strong previous performance of providing quality and efficiency in patient care and operations. * Strong track record of recruitment, retention of talent and leadership development.* Experience with leading and redirecting talent as needed. * Strong ability to lead in a changing environment.
