Responsibilities:

• Under the general direction of the Board, the Medical Director will partner with the Directors of Operations and appropriate Practice Administrators to lead the administrative and clinical operations of assigned practices to ensure quality of care, patient safety, patient, provider, and team member satisfaction and efficient use of resources.
• The Medical Director is responsible for addressing the needs of their assigned clinicians and team members while aligning individual efforts with the mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and organizational goals of BayCare Medical Group.
• This role is performed in a part-time capacity by an active BMG clinical physician.
• Required experience: 5 years Physician Practice with 3 years of administration preferred

Certifications/Licensures/Education

• Medical Board - Board Certified (Required)
• Medical License -    State of Florida (Required)
• Doctorate's Medical Doctor or Doctorate's Osteopathy (Required)
