Assistant General Counsel, Procurement and Supply Chain
Job Summary The Assistant General Counsel, Procurement and Supply Chain is a member of the General Counsel’s Office with a primary focus on procurement and supply chain contract management. Provides day-to-day support for a variety of CCH contracting initiatives- including managing supply chain contracts and commercial law matters across CCH departments including provider- based and other operational clients within CCH. Drafts and provides legal oversight of, and ultimately supplies legal approval of contracts for a broad variety of CCH procurements including, without limitation, clinical items, medical/surgical commodities, laboratory products, medical equipment, contracts for temporary labor and consulting agreements and other professional services
