DescriptionSummary:Responsible for reviewing and resolving critical and urgent inquiries including complaints received directly from members, providers, authorized representatives, Government Agencies, Regulatory and the Better Business Bureau. This position will specifically be responsible for handling issues dealing with complicated and/or technical nature.
