Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC), a non-profit, multi-site community Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission and Excelsior district. MNHC is seeking a Lead Physician for Pediatrics and Adolescent Services. This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative group of caring providers with a high level of job satisfaction. MNHC offers primary care in adult medicine, pediatrics, family planning, OB/Gyn, HIV and homeless services to a largely underserved, immigrant Latino Spanish-speaking patient population. Our team-based; an integrated model of care delivery creates quality outcomes with less burden to the provider. Time: Clinical Time 75-80% and Administrative Time 20-25% Reports to: Chief Medical Officer Supervises All Pediatric physicians, nurse practitioners, and the Supervisor of Youth Services. Indirectly supervises the Pediatric Charge Nurse. This role involves both direct patient care as well as administrative time to perform department supervision. Clinician Duties (example):

Experience: Board certified or Board eligible and residency training in Pediatrics. 2 years experience practicing in Pediatrics. Basic Life Support: Must have current BLS certification Software: Experience with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Health Record Systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Languages: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
