QUALIFICATIONS- Strong experience in safety, quality management, and/or process improvement. - Expertise in demonstrating leadership abilities and successful large scale quality-driven projects. - Proven knowledge & understanding of business and industrial process improvement. - Strong leadership. - Skilled in creating, implementing, and driving quality solutions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Professional in Healthcare Quality certification- Project Management Professional/PMP- Expertise in strategy, building, and managing metric driven quality solutions. - RN, a clinical background, would be a big plus – but it is not a requirement..
