One of the nation’s leading independent orthopedic healthcare clinics is seeking a qualified Practice Administrator for our brand new, state of the art facility just outside The Villages, Florida. Our practice provides compassionate and comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including operative and non-operative care, diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitative therapy. We also have an on-site Urgent Care Center that offers focused expertise with convenience so our patients can return to their active lifestyles.
Under the general supervision of the Medical Director, the Practice Administrator is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating staff and activities at our practice to provide quality, cost-effective care for our patients. The Practice Administrator should have deep experience with eClinicalWorks, revenue cycle management and have a strong financial background.
Some general responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Manages daily operations at the practice and coordinates work activities and schedules to maximize total practice potential.
Manages all Human Resource functions for the providers and staff.
Exudes positive, helpful attitude toward patients, personnel and physicians.
Administers clinic policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner and is consistent with our practice’s mission, vision and values.
Communicates with physicians to ensure excellent patient service and work flow.
Develops, fosters and supports a team-oriented environment which promotes and improves quality throughout the organization.
